Don Hartmann

President and founder of Hartmann Financial Advisors, LLC, Don has more than 37 years of experience in financial services and currently holds Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses, as well as insurance licenses for Life, Accident & Health and Variable products. He received his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, in 1983. Throughout his career as a financial advisor, Don has helped hundreds of clients develop and implement financial strategies for funding their retirement, accomplishing their estate planning objectives, and creating family legacy plans.

Don's proven ability to take complex issues and make them remarkably clear has helped to enlighten and inspire audiences from coast to coast. Don has conducted more than 200 continuing education workshops for attorneys, financial advisors, and CPAs in 14 states and has educated the trustees and staff of dozens of nonprofit institutions. He has also been responsible for the implementation of more than $200 million of family partnerships, charitable trusts, and private family foundations.

Don’s civic activities include serving as a member of the board of the Denver Emergency Medical Services Council from 1979 through 1985, and serving as Chairman of the council in 1984 and 1985. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Sharing & Caring Ministries, an inner-city ministry in Denver, for 21 years.
